We are pleased to inform you that our Central Filing Repository which houses filed Instruments is re-opening today.
The recent closure led to service disruption for the Copy Instrument service in respect of access to Instruments dated pre-2006. Remedial works to remove asbestos and ensure safe access for our team continues to be carried out by the OPW. The works will be fully completed by 10 December 2025. We are accepting Copy Instrument requests for all Instruments. However, please note there may be some minimal disruption to service until 10 December 2025.
