Tailte Éireann (TÉ) is inviting applications for full-time, permanent positions of Valuation Manager, State Property Valuation (Engineer Grade I + Allowance) in our Valuation Function with a closing date of Friday, 31 July 2026 at 5pm.
The Valuation Manager, State Property Valuation, will be a Chartered Surveyor (Valuation) or an equivalent professional with expertise in ‘Red Book’ compliant valuations. These roles are responsible for managing and leading a team of valuers in delivering state property valuations.
The substantive location for this post is TÉ Headquarters in Dublin. However, TÉ has several regional office, which may allow successful candidates from this competition to be based outside Dublin, subject to business needs and office capacity.
