ACC Bank plc change of name to ACC Loan Management Limited – Legal Office Notice No. 5 of 2014

By application dated 18th June 2014, ACC Bank p.l.c. applied to the Registrar of Companies to be re-registered as a private company under the Companies Acts 1963 to 1983, by the name of ACC Bank Limited. The application was registered on 23rd June 2014.

By Certificate of Incorporation on change of name, (No. 7653), registered in the Companies Registration Office on 27thJune 2014, it is certified that by Special Resolution of the Company and with the approval of the Registrar of Companies, ACC Bank Limited changed its name and is now incorporated under the name ACC Loan Management Limited.

The following procedures apply as and from 27th June 2014:

1. Discharges and vacates of charges in favour of ACC Bank p.l.c. will be executed under the name ACC Loan Management Limited.

2. Charges dated on or after 27th June 2014 must be in the name of ACC Loan Management Limited.

3. Charges dated prior to 27th June 2014 that are created in the name of ACC Bank p.l.c. or ACC Bank Limited, but lodged after that date, should be registered in the name of ACC Loan Management Limited.

4. On application by ACC Loan Management Limited, in any particular case, it may be registered in substitution for ACC Bank p.l.c. or ACC Bank Limited, as owner of individual charges, on payment of a fee of €40.
