Change of Practice on withdrawal of name where judgment mortgage affects the interest of some or one of the joint tenants:

In such case the application for withdrawal of name should proceed without reference to the judgement mortgage.

The practice of requiring applicant’s title to be shown to the interest of the deceased joint tenant or tenants as if:

1.  the joint tenancy was severed and

2. the joint tenancy was not severed is discontinued
