Rule 100 – Instrument creating two or more burdens and priority thereof

Where an instrument lodged for registration creates two or more burdens on the property registered, the priority in which the burdens are to be entered in the register shall be as shown in the instrument; otherwise, the burdens shall be deemed to be in equal priority and shall be entered in the register accordingly.
