LR Rule 104 – Where burden may be cancelled as extinguished

Where the registered owner of a burden becomes the registered owner of the property on which it is a burden, the Authority may unless the contrary appears, treat the burden as extinguished and cancel its entry in the register, where, after giving notice to all interested parties of its intention to do so, no objection to the proposed cancellation is made.
