An application for registration of a judgment mortgage shall contain a statement that to the best of the applicant’s knowledge and belief, the judgment debtor at the time of swearing the affidavit has an estate or interest in the lands contained in a specified folio of the register, or the defined part thereof to be affected by the registration.
