LR Rule 118 – Judgement or order of court

An application for the registration of a judgement or order of a court as a burden shall be made in writing signed by the applicant or his/her solicitor. It shall identify the property affected by the judgement or order by a reference to the folio of the register in which its ownership appears and, if necessary, to a map, and shall state whether all the property is affected and, if not what part is affected. Evidence of the judgement or order shall be lodged with the application.
