Rule 124 – Application by registered owner for discharge of caution

An application by a registered owner for the discharge of a caution shall state the grounds of his/her application, as, for instance, that the right for the protection of which the caution was entered does not exist or has ceased to exist, and shall state the facts alleged in support thereof.
