Rule 140 – Entry of boundary ascertained by Land Judge’s conveyance
A boundary defined by one of the instruments specified in Section 86 of the Act shall not be entered in the register as conclusive unless the facts that enable it to be defined in the register in accordance with the foregoing rule may be ascertained from the instrument and unless notice of the proposed entry has been given to the owners of the adjoining property and no objection has been received within the time limited by the notice.
