Rule 142 – Settlement of boundary on transfer

The boundary between registered property transferred by a registered owner and other registered property of which he/she is the registered owner may be entered in the register as conclusive on lodgement in the Registry of consent by the transferor and transferee in the terms specified in the foregoing rule.
