Rule 154 – Endorsement of documents delivered

No original deed under which property or a disposition of property has been registered shall be delivered from the Registry until an endorsement has been made on it showing clearly, in such manner as the Authority may direct, the property subject to the provisions of the Act and the interest in the property affected by the registration.
