LR Rule 163 – Priority where two or more priority entries are made

Where two or more priority entries pursuant to Section 108 are made, such entries shall, so far as relates to the priority thereby conferred, take effect in the order in which the applications were received in the Registry or were, pursuant to Rule 58, deemed to be delivered.
