Rule 192 – Registration with possessory title

Where it appears from the register that the burdens arising from the interest vested in the purchaser of the original holding under the Land Purchase Acts being deemed to be a graft on his/her previous interest in that holding have not been ascertained, the ownership of the new holding shall be registered with a possessory title.
