Rule 87 – Transfer by personal representative(s) on death testate to person entitled

 (1) A transfer of property to a person who claims to be by law entitled to the property of a deceased registered full owner who died testate by the personal representative(s) shall be in Form 40. 

(2) The application for registration under such transfer shall be accompanied by the probate or letters of administration with will annexed or an official copy.
