Rule 89 – Application for registration by personal representative entitled on intestacy

 (1) An application for registration as owner by a personal representative who claims to be entitled to property of an intestate registered full owner shall be in Form 44. 

(2) The application shall be accompanied by the letters of administration or an official copy.
