Rule 98 – How burden may be entered

Where an instrument or a copy thereof authorised by these Rules is filed in the Registry and the instrument creates, or assents to the registration of, a burden, the entry of the burden in the register may be made by reference to the instrument or by setting out an extract therefrom or the effect thereof.
