Register for an account to learn more about the valuation of your property, view the information we have on file or compare your property to other properties. Should you wish to submit a revision request, you can do that online too.

You can explore commercial properties on our valuation map, where you have the option to search by the Property Number, Address, or Eircode to locate a property to see valuation details. Alternatively, you can choose to filter the results by County and Local Authority, or by category, and further customise your results using the map options and features provided.

Local Authorities can access their own valuation portal for details relevant to their rateable area.

State Property Valuation Services

We provide a professional valuation service to various Government Departments, State Agencies, and other public bodies.

This work relates to capital and rental valuations, including valuations for rent review purposes, for these customers. Valuations are also provided for properties being transferred between Government Departments, State bodies and other public authorities and agencies, both local and national in accordance with Circular 11/15.

Revaluation

Revaluation is a national programme to systematically modernise the rateable valuation of all commercial and industrial property in Ireland by reflecting modern rental values and contemporary market conditions, thereby improving the transparency of the local authority rating system.

The current phase of the National Revaluation Programme is REVAL 2023.
