LR Rule 82 – Registration of local authority under statute

Registration of a local authority as owner of property that has vested in it under statute in defeasance of the estate or interest of its registered owner shall be made on an application by the solicitor to the local authority in Form 32. No evidence, other than the certificate therein contained, shall be required of the possession of the property by the local authority.
