(1) An application may be made to the Authority in anticipation of an intended dealing with property subject to an inhibition in the register against dispositions except under its order or with its approval, for a direction in writing that registration under the intended dealing may be made; and the Authority may direct that registration under the dealing, if carried out, may be made either unconditionally or subject to such inhibition as it may direct. 

(2) The direction of the Authority may specify a time within which registration under the dealing authorised is to be made.
