Tailte Éireann is not an advisory body and we would always recommend that you seek the advice of a solicitor if you are intending on lodging an application for registration with us.
Each application lodged is specific to the circumstances of the property, and each applications must be adjudicated on its own merits. As a result, we cannot advise you on how to proceed. You may wish to refer to our resources section where you will find guides, checklists and legal Practice Directions.
If you decide to lodge an application yourself, where you are the applicant in whose favour the registration will be made, please note that your application must be accompanied by a Personal Applicant Identification Form, in addition to the Application Form 17, all relevant documents and deeds and the appropriate Fees.
