Tailte Éireann provide a range of maps which are available through our Map Shop. There you will find further details on maps for planning and registration purposes. These maps show all the topographical features on the ground in and around your property, such as buildings, roads etc.
If you require a copy of the legal boundary of your property as registered on the Land Register, then you may apply for a copy folio and file plan from landdirect.ie. Further details are provided under Search and Copy services.
Special Features
If the right of way or other special feature are registered on the Land register as burdens against the folio they will go out on the copy folio/ file plan maps as normal. Special features need only be requested when there is an appurtenant right registered on part one of the folio.
If you wish the appurtenant rights to show on the map, you must request Special Features be shown on the map when ordering. To request special features, you order the folio with map as normal on www.landdirect.ie and immediately call us or send an email to landdirect@tailte.ie and info@tailte.ie requesting special feature be marked on the map.
