LR Rule 10 – Closing of register in respect of charges

A requisition by an owner of a charge registered in the register maintained under Section 8(b) of the Act to close such register in respect of such charge for the purpose of having the ownership registered in the register of the property charged shall be made in writing by the registered owner or his/her solicitor and shall be accompanied by consents of all persons appearing from the register to have any interest in the charge.
