LR Rule 167 – Evidence in proceedings

Evidence in any proceeding in the Registry may be given by affidavit or, except where the Act prescribes an affidavit, by statutory declaration, and the Authority may, if it thinks fit, take oral evidence before it on oath and may administer the oath.
