(1) An application by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine under Section 26(1) of the Act for the first registration of a person as owner with a possessory title shall be in Form 4 and shall be accompanied by an application map.
(2) A certificate by the solicitor for the applicant shall be endorsed on the application, certifying that the person, whose registration is applied for, is in possession of the property the subject of the application.
