LR Rule 22 – Documents to be lodged on registration procured by the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

When the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine has acquired property under his/her statutory powers or sold property to a purchaser under the Land Purchase Acts on or after 31st March, 1999, the document to be transmitted by the Minister to the Authority for registration purposes shall be in the form of the vesting order, vesting fiat, final list or transfer order, under or by virtue of which the property is vested in the Minister or the purchaser, as the case may be, and may, except in the case of a transfer order, be an official copy of such instrument. The document shall be accompanied by an application map.
