Where, on an application for the first registration of the ownership of property, it appears that the property is subject to restrictive or prohibitive provisions under any enactment against alienation, assignment, sub-division, letting or subletting, notice shall be entered in the register of the fact that the property is subject to such restrictive or prohibitive provisions.
