LR Rule 78 – Notice of cancellation of burdens on transfer over-reaching the estate or interest of registered owner

The Authority shall serve notice in Form 28 on the registered owner (if any) of burdens and notices which are to be cancelled under Rule 77(1) (a) or (b).
