(1) On the registration of a transfer under a power of sale under Section 62(9) of the Act notice shall be served in Form 25 to the registered owner or in the case of his/her death to his/her personal representative(s).
(2) Burdens and entries discharged under Section 62(10) of the Act shall be cancelled and notice in Form 26 shall be served to the registered owner (if any) of the burden or entry cancelled.
