(1) An inhibition for the protection of an unregistered right or interest may be in the terms of one of the clauses in Form 77, which may be modified or adapted as required to restrict the registration of dealings that would defeat, postpone or prejudice the right or interest claimed. 

(2) The Authority may refuse to enter in a register an inhibition that does not state clearly and explicitly the restriction to be imposed.
