LR Rule 32 – Application where ownership registered 30 years

Where the ownership of property purchased under the Land Purchase Acts has been registered for 30 years, the Authority may convert a possessory title into an absolute title on application by the registered owner or his/her personal representative in Form 10 with such modifications as the case may require.
