On the death testate or intestate of a registered owner of property who is not registered as a limited owner or as a joint tenant, his/her personal representative(s) may, on lodgement in the Registry of the original or an official copy of the probate or letters of administration, as the case may be, together with a certificate of the solicitor acting in the matter or, if the Authority so requires, an affidavit identifying the deceased named in the probate or letters of administration with the registered owner of the property, have a note entered on the register setting out the fact of such death and the names of such personal representative(s).
