Statement relating to the period January 2025 to December 2025
The Protected Disclosures Act 2014 became operational on 15 July 2014. The Act provides a statutory framework within which Tailte Éireann current or former staff members can raise concerns regarding potential wrongdoing within the workplace that has come to their attention, in the knowledge that they can avail of significant employment and other protections if they are penalised or suffer any detriment for doing so.
The Act specifies that Tailte Éireann must publish, no later than 30 June each year, details relating to protected disclosures made within Tailte Éireann in the immediately preceding year.
Consequently, I wish to formally report that in the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025, no protected disclosures were received from current or former staff.
