Ulster Bank Ireland Limited and First Active plc – Legal Office Notice No. 6 of 2010

With effect from 15th February 2010, pursuant to section 33 of the Central Bank Act 1971, FIRST ACTIVE PLC transferred its mortgage loans to ULSTER BANK IRELAND LIMITED. Such a transfer has effect as a deed registered in the Registry of Deeds or Land Registry on the date on which it took effect, S.I. No. 481 of 2009 refers. No amendments on the register are required.

After the operative date ULSTER BANK IRELAND LIMITED will seal vacates. Charges in favour of First Active, dated prior to the operative date may be registered in the name of Ulster Bank Ireland Limited. Charges dated after that date should be rejected.
