How to relodge a rejected application?
Correctly re-lodge your application to ensure any fees paid are carried over.
Can I make an application for registration without using a solicitor?
Additional documents are required where applications for registration are made in person.
Can I lodge a Form 57A to cancel a charge?
Only the owner of the charge can apply to cancel a charge using a LR Form 57A.
How do I find out if I have a right of way?
If a right of way has been registered on the Land Register it will show on landdirect.ie.

Revision is the mechanism by which an interest holder in a property may have the valuation of an individual property reassessed.
