Tailte Éireann held a Webinar Series in collaboration with the Law Society in October 2025. These Webinars have been designed to assist solicitors, legal executives, legal secretaries and all staff in a law firms who prepare applications for lodgement with Tailte Éireann for registration purposes.
The First Webinar was held on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, which focused on First Registration of Documentary Title Applications using a Form 1 or Form 2.
The Second Webinar was held on Wednesday, 22 October 2025, which focused on the most common applications involving an already registered title (i.e. a Folio) and applications involving an unregistered title where the solicitor wishes to certify title to Tailte Éireann under a Form 3 application
