The Land Registration Rules and the Registration of Deeds Rules prescribe forms of application for the registration of documents relating to land transactions. Forms for use in the making of applications for registration to Tailte Éireann may be downloaded from this web site. However, Tailte Éireann is not an advisory body and cannot express a view on any question of law or fact, unless the question arises in the course of processing an application for registration and is directly relevant to Tailte Éireann's decision making on that particular application.
