How to make a complaint

Tailte Éireann is committed to delivering an excellent customer service and the majority of customers are satisfied with the standard of service they receive. However, if you have a complaint about the service provided, read on to find the steps you can take to bring this to our attention.

We are committed to protect the welfare, dignity and safety of every member of staff, none of whom will be required, or feel obliged, to deal with any customer who is exhibiting threatening, abusive or offensive behaviour. 

Handling unreasonable behaviour can also absorb a disproportionate amount of time and resources which could be better used in the public interest.

Service Dog Policy

A Service Dog is defined under Irish law as a highly trained dog that is specifically trained to assist a person with a disability.

This policy sets out the conditions under which animals may be permitted entry to any of our buildings and grounds and is in place to protect the safety of all members of staff in the workplace.
