Newbridge Credit Union Limited and Permanent TSB plc – Legal Office Notice No. 1 of 2020

With effect from 10th November 2013 (the operative date), by transfer order issued pursuant to Section 30 of the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) Act 2011, any and all of Newbridge Credit Union Limited’s right, title and interest in and to all loans made by Newbridge Credit Union Limited were transferred to Permanent TSB plc.

In view of the provisions of Section 50 of the Central Bank and Credit Institutions (Resolution) Act 2011, no amendments on the register are required.

After the operative date Permanent TSB plc will seal vacates and execute discharges of charges registered in the name of Newbridge Credit Union Limited. Charges dated prior to the operative date, which are lodged after that date, may be registered in the name of Permanent TSB plc. Charges in the name of Newbridge Credit Union Limited which are dated after the operative date should be rejected.
