Ulster Bank Ireland Limited conversion to Ulster Bank Ireland DAC – Legal Office Notice No.1 of 2016

By Certificate of Incorporation on Conversion to a Designated Activity Company (No. 25766), dated 23rd May 2016, it is certified that Ulster Bank Ireland Limited has been converted to Ulster Bank Ireland DAC (see Section 63 of the Companies Act 2014 [No. 38 of 2014]).

Note also Legal Office Notice No. 6 of 2010 Ulster Bank Ireland Limited and First Active Plc.

The following procedures apply from 23rd May 2016

1. Discharges and vacates of charges in favour of Ulster Bank Ireland Limited and First Active Plc will be executed under the name Ulster Bank Ireland DAC

2. Charges dated on or after 23rd May 2016 must be in the name of Ulster Bank Ireland DAC.

3. Charges dated prior to 23rd May 2016 that are created in the name of Ulster Bank Ireland Limited or First Active Plc but lodged after that date, should be registered in the name of Ulster Bank Ireland DAC.

4. On application by Ulster Bank Ireland DAC, in any particular case, it may be registered in substitution for Ulster Bank Ireland Limited or First Active Plc as owner of individual charges, on payment of a fee of €40.
