Rule 176 – Powers of Authority under Sections 16 and 94 of the Act

The Authority shall have the powers conferred on it by Sections 16 and 94 of the Act in all proceedings in the Registry for the registration of an ownership of property or a burden thereon or which involves an examination of title outside the registers.
