Rule 49 – First registration of trustee owner

Where an applicant for registration as owner or the registered owner, as the case may be, is a trustee, he/she may have entered in the register on the completion of the registration an inhibition to restrict registration under dispositions that are unauthorised by the trust. The inhibition may be as prescribed in Rule 130.
