Rule 55 – Evidence of execution of instrument by attorney

Where an application or instrument is executed by attorney, the power of attorney, or a certified copy made pursuant to Section 21 of the Powers of Attorney Act, 1996 or an attested copy made pursuant to Section 22 of that Act shall be produced to the Authority.
